Everything I needed

I was lucky enough to get early access to Hazel course & I can't express how much it's changing my brain chemistry already! I'm on week 4 now and I feel so much more peaceful in general and as if my mind has stopped arguing with itself. Even in moments where I don't feel perfect, I come back to the EFT and slow breathing techniques, have a little read of what Hazel encourages during bad moments and I feel at ease once again.
There's so much on the education side, but nothing has been left out in terms of tools and meditations - it quite literally is everything you need all packed into one course. The journal is also really pretty and of course helpful, the journal prompts are great and actually get you thinking.
I'm excited to keep going for the next 4 weeks!

Calming, Practical and Easy to Follow

Hazel has a wonderfully calm and reassuring way of teaching. The course is easy to follow, practical, and gives you simple techniques that can be used straight away. I especially liked how approachable everything felt nothing was overwhelming or complicated.
