Let’s celebrate spring!
Tulips Shawlette is small, lovely piece with tulip modules around the border.
The body of the shawl is worked sideways in garter stitch, with short rows to obtain an gently curved shape.
The tulip modules are then worked in garter stitch and attached to the body seamlessly while working.

Finished size: Diam. 150 cm (59”); depth 30 cm (11.75”).

Yarn

LiveOrDye Yarn Merino 4ply (100% Merino Wool, 437 yds [400 m]/100 g)
MC: col. Spring (approx. 500 m)
CC1: col. King Fish (approx. 150 m)
CC2: col. Millenium Girl (approx. 200 m)

Needles

3.5 mm /US 4 * circular knitting needles.
* or size needed to obtain gauge.

Notions

Tapestry needle to weave in ends.

Gauge

26 stitches and 52 rows = 10x10 cm (4”) in garter stitch.
*Gauge is not critical for this project.
