The tighter the stitches the deeper the grooves! Tested beautifully with a lighter yarn and more open gauge as well, so any Yarn Needle pairing is far game!
Blocking is not required - but you can. Treat your gauge Swatch as you will your FO.

50% Merino, 50% Alpaca (Tightly Plied) @
210 yds (192 m) per 100 g
Note: Dos Tierras is dense and tightly plied so, though the yardage is comparable to a Worsted, it knits up like a DK.
