Thick Butter Cookie + Red Velvet Oreo Modification

-What is better than a gooey, soft baked - Thick Butter Cookie? I think a lot of times with baking, we just don't let the Butter shine and let me just say, SHE IS SHINING with this simple recipe. I did include a Red Velvet Oreo Modification, only to show that this base can be used for other flavor ideas and it's actually been the backbone for many of my recipes!
