This 3 hour zoom antenatal workshop is a complete antenatal course specifically created for IVF parents to be!
You will learn simple but very effective relaxation and breathing techniques, which will help you to manage pain and to remain calm and in control even if things don’t go to “plan”! You will become more confident, informed of your choices, there is less chance of intervention and a shorter labour more likely.
I have personally spent a lot of time creating this hypnobirthing course, to ensure that it has all the information in it thats going to empower you and give you confidence to go into labour, like the bad ass you are!
You will receive my hypnobirthing E book, 5 mp3's, a birth plan template and my support upto the birth of your baby!
The price includes yourself and 1 birth partner.
