TIMELESS (Exclusive Rights)

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Producer grants the Buyer exclusive rights and full ownership of the beat titled “TIMELESS.” This includes:

• Unlimited distribution, sales, streams, and live performances
• Commercial use across all platforms
• Full master and publishing rights
• Ability to register the final work with any performance rights organization (PRO)

Once purchased, the beat will no longer be available for lease or resale and will be removed from all public marketplaces if still listed.

2. DELIVERY OF FILES

Buyer will receive the following:

• WAV + MP3 versions of the beat
• Trackout stems (if applicable)
• PDF copy of this exclusive license agreement

Delivery will be made via direct Payhip download link upon completion of purchase.

3. CREDIT

Production credit must be given to the Producer as:

“Produced by Segador”

in all public listings, streaming platforms, and credits where applicable.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE

This purchase is final. All rights granted are permanent and non-reversible. No refunds will be issued after purchase.

5. BINDING AGREEMENT

By downloading the beat via Payhip and completing the purchase, the Buyer agrees to all terms outlined above. This serves as a legally binding contract between both parties.
