Your own Jotform account, software that opens Excel and Word files, and a PDF reader. Jotform, payment processing, and any other third-party costs are separate.
The agreement and messages need to be customized before use. The spreadsheet tracks payment information you enter; it does not collect payments or automatically sync with your payment system.
