I also wanted to include some pages where you could fill in a few affirmations that resonate with you which you can utilise along with the reminders in the booklet. All of the reminders may not resonate or align with you, and that's okay - please feel free to take what's for you and leave what isn't.



Speaking kindly to ourselves is an on-going journey, but one I believe each of us will always benefit from.
