This is the workout schedule that I used for a year to lose 70+ pounds and prepare for the OCB Buckeye Natural bodybuilding competition. It is intended to help give you a structure to follow for your workouts. It’s simple and straightforward, so anyone from beginner to experienced weightlifters can implement in their workouts. Whether you want to prepare for a bodybuilding competition, flex in the locker room mirror or be more active, this two-week cycle can help reach your goals.
The exercises I have included are effective and common, so they can be done at almost any gym and if you don’t know how to do one then you can easily look them up online.
