why we offer this
Too often, we encounter situations where pet owners remain unsure or receive inadequate explanations after a visit to the veterinarian. This has nothing to do with the veterinarian being incapable or incompetent – sometimes there simply isn't enough time for detailed explanations. Or, in foreign countries, language barriers can cause misunderstandings.
This is where we want to help.
Are you still unsure about what your pet has or why this treatment was chosen? We will provide you with all possible explanations in detail.

We are traveling right now. We don't have connection all the time - but often.
To ensure that no one pays and then finds us unavailable online, you must first fill out the form below. You will be accepted if we are online. Please mention if you are completely flexible and definitely want a consultation - regardless of how much time passes.
If your preferred dates have already passed before we will be online, we will contact you in WhatsApp to ask if you are still interested in an appointment. If not, you don't have to pay.
Normally we should be online within 3 days.

We help if you are unsure about something, we will give you an independent second opinion and will explain you everything that is not clear to you. The appointment ends, when you give the okay, when you are confident and feel safe with all information about your pet.
What we need for this service:
data about your pet
- breed
- age
- gender and castration status
- vaccinations
- deparasitation treatments
medical history
- diagnostics and findings that have been made
- current treatment
- any long-term treatments or medications, if available
We do not provide remote diagnostics! This is only about assistance and advice on dealing with a case that has been examined by local veterinarians.
We reserve the right to decline requests if a remote diagnosis is asked or if there has been no prior visit to a local veterinarian. If payment has already been made, we will refund the complete purchase price.
languages
You can comunicate with us in English and German (Swiss German, too). We also understand French and Spanish, but for detailed explanations we will stay in English. Documents / medical histories of your pet can be in English, German, French, Spanish. For other languages we will use translators. The medical information is in many languages similar and we will be able to understand the medical reports.

plus plan: 29 CHF
Choose this plan if you are in need of a call - you will get the connection with our whatsapp account, too, then we can make an appointment to call (call or video through whatsapp).
How long it takes until you receive an answer
After filling out the form below you will receive answer as soon as we are online (normally in the next 3 days - no matter if weekday or weekend).

Please send us species (dog, cat...) of your pet and the main problem (details will follow later after purchase). Please mention your wish dates (send us at least 3 different possible dates).
As we don't have connection all day while traveling, we will accept your appointment only, if we are online up to your chosen dates. If we are online too late, you don't have to pay and you will recieve an email from us with other possible dates if you are still interested in an appointment.
