TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By purchasing and using the digital products "Files" from Mia1 File Sales,

 you agree to the following terms and conditions:

OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS:

a. You may not sell, give, or share the Files, or any part of the Files, including textures, opacity maps, or any other components, to any third parties even if you make changes

on them like colors, details, cuts, etc.

b. You may not use any part of the textures or opacity maps to create other products, such as clothing or accessories. This rule excludes making a variety of the same product using links for derivation I provided 

( means you can recolor texture, and change the opacity to make the same product in different colors or styles to use as a non-derivable product in your Imvu shop for the account which info 

you sent me in message)  

DERIVABILITY:

You may not set your product, which incorporates the textures or opacity maps provided by MIA1 FILE SALES, as derivable. It should remain non-derivable at all times.

SINGLE ACCOUNT USAGE:

The Files are licensed for use on a single account only. You may change colors and add details to make a variety of products derived from links I provided only

 You may not use the Files on multiple accounts.

PROVIDING AVATAR NAME:

You are required to provide the avatar name for which you are purchasing the Files. Please use the designated form located at the bottom of the page.

FILE HANDLING QUERIES:

If you have any questions or concerns about handling the Files, please contact MIA1 FILE SALES via message or email before making a purchase.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS:

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be provided.

ENFORCEMENT:

If any of these rules are violated, MIA1 FILE SALES reserve the right to take appropriate legal steps to enforce the rules and protect its rights. MIA1 FILE SALES retain the original PSD files as proof of ownership.
