Digital bonding precision for a single arch

The OrthoSet Single package is designed for cases requiring indirect bonding in either the upper or lower arch.

Each case includes a digital orthodontic setup showing the expected tooth position at the end of treatment, providing clinicians with a clear visual reference before bonding.

Based on this digital plan, brackets are positioned using CAD-guided placement, and a custom indirect bonding tray is manufactured to ensure brackets are transferred accurately to the teeth during the bonding appointment.

This approach ensures consistent bracket placement while significantly reducing clinical chair time.
