This workout program was designed specifically to help women tone up their bodies. By lifting weights in a progressive manner, you can continually challenge your body and increase your metabolism, which leads to fat loss.

The workouts in this program can be done by anyone, whether you're just starting out weight lifting or you've been lifting for years. I offer suggestions on how to progress the workouts and you choose the weights that challenge you. 

I've designed these workouts to be efficent and effective. Each workout lasts approximately 30 minutes and can be done either at home or at the gym. The only equipment you need is a box or bench, yoga mat or towel, and at least two sets of dumbbells--a heavy set and a light set.
