Book one-hour arena slots and organise team events. Share daily care tasks, horse records, feeding instructions, handovers and team messages. Record rider results and see starts, wins and placings statistics. Track breeding administration, feed and bedding stock, costs and supplier contacts.

Owners, managers and staff have separate permissions. Each team member uses their own Pocket Yard login. Invited members need no separate yard purchase and no ChatGPT account.

After purchase, receive your activation key and quick-start guide. Open https://pocket-yard.pages.dev/, create your account, activate your yard and invite your team.

After 12 months, saved records remain readable and exportable by owners and managers while the service is available. Renewal is optional and needed to continue adding or editing records. Keep regular downloaded backups.

Internet required. Shared changes refresh approximately every 15 seconds while open; no push notifications. Riders enter results themselves; results are not imported automatically. External news, event and racing links are provided for convenience; third-party subscriptions are not included.
