We offer scheduled mobile phlebotomy services. Service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to needed appointment. Certified phlebotomist on staff. We will require valid ID upon arrival. If you are seeking a home appointment, service must be prepaid. Minimum age served is age 14 but parent/guardian must be present in order to receive service. Age 18 and up are considered a legal adult and a valid/current ID will be requested at the start of the appointment. Blood draw via veins only. Fee invoiced at time of booking acceptance and starts at $30 & UP (depending on number of collections & distance) .
