Understanding Pain is a multidisciplinary program to assist you to start the journey of overcoming persistent pain using physical, psychological and nutritional strategies that have been shown to be effective. It includes:

- Understanding chronic pain (psychology) 50 mins video (Ms Felicity Slevin, psychologist)
- Getting started with low-carb for chronic pain (nutrition) 30 min video (Dr Jessica Turton, accredited dietician and researcher)
- BONUS - ketogenic diet science for chronic pain 35 mins (Dr Rowena Field)
This is a digital product. Consultations (in person and telehealth) are available with each practitioner through www.stepp.com.au or www.ellipsehealth.com.au.
