My Seven Activities – eBook

I created these activities for reflection while I was experimenting with ways to explore my life, understand myself, and make sense of recurring patterns, emotions, and questions. Designed to accompany my memoir, My Seventh Rebuild, these seven activities follow the sequence of thought processes I used through decades of lived experience to challenge my assumptions, deepen my self-awareness, and better understand who I was becoming.

This is not a quick-answer activity book. It is an invitation to explore yourself through reflection, writing, art, and curiosity with honesty and openness. You do not need special knowledge or experience, just a journal, a pen, and a willingness to examine your own story.
