Sanity Through Fantasy: A Transpersonal Approach
This course is designed as a high-level introduction to the concept of the transpersonal and how to apply it to fantasy writing. The goal is for participants to be able to identify the transpersonal in their writing and the writing of others as a way to transform their perspective and gain a greater understanding of the self. It is intended to assist writers in adding another tool to their mental health toolkit and see their creative endeavors as more than just telling stories of fantasy

Meet the Instructor
As a writer who has been in this industry for over 20 years, I've experienced my share of writing growth. As a holder of a Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology, some of my greatest lessons came from translating the work in my graduate program into my personal fantasy fiction writing. In finding the balance, I've learned to heal using the avenue of creative writing.
