I am a huge fan of graham crackers and I am pretty obsessed with incorporating them into as many ice cream recipes as I can. Here, this slightly sweet, well-loved biscuit takes the spotlight! Salty, sweet, delish!

This ice cream is one of my favorite that ive made so far! I have 3 ice cream books but none of them come close to any of Sweet Lo’s recipes!
I was initially worried about how the pulverized graham cracker would impact the texture but I had nothing to worried about! It does make for a thicker base and slightly harder ice cream, but letting it sit out does just the trick.
The graham cracker toffee is addictive! It may make more sense to just double the batch.
This recipe encapsulates the flavor of graham crackers so well!
