QUICK START

1. Complete the Settings sheet.

2. Add projects with unique Project IDs.

3. Link tasks, budgets, milestones, and RAID items by Project ID.

4. Review the Executive Dashboard and project reports.

5. Select a project on the Gantt Timeline or Executive Status Report and export when ready.

REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft 365 Excel is recommended. This is an offline, no-macro .xlsx system. Compatibility with Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and older Excel versions is not guaranteed. The Resource Planner is a workload-warning view, not a time-phased resource-levelling engine.
