The Inner Battlefield
A 21-page reflective workbook that borrows two questions from the Mahabharata and the Bhagavad Gita and puts them to practical use. What is genuinely mine to do here, and what am I trying to control that was never mine to control.
It is written for adults who find themselves trying to force outcomes, caught between what other people expect and what they actually value, or reacting faster than they would like when something goes wrong.
What is inside:
Seven short chapters on inner conflict, outcome anxiety, values and responsibility, steadiness under pressure, and noticing a thought without being run by it.
Six written exercises.
A seven-day tracker and a weekly review.
A closing checklist for noticing change over months rather than days.
A note on the texts. The Mahabharata and the Bhagavad Gita are sacred scriptures. This workbook uses a small number of their ideas as reflective frames, in the way therapy has long borrowed from philosophy and literature. It is not an account of Hindu belief and it is not a commentary.
Delivered as a PDF. Print it or fill it in on screen.
This workbook is written to support reflection between sessions. It is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service.
