500 Chinese-English Customer Service Dialogues: Parallel CSV Dataset

500 original customer-service exchanges in Simplified Chinese with English translations, covering 10 e-commerce intents (shipping, returns, refunds, damaged and wrong items, invoices, discounts and more) across 10 product types. The data is clean UTF-8 CSV with intent labels and contains no real customer data. Use it for FAQ bots, intent classifiers, translation memory or training support staff for Chinese buyers. Built from one template per intent with varied details, so it's best for intent and FAQ work. Licence: CC BY-NC 4.0, with commercial licences on request.
