Wanna make some RAW wraps?


These wraps are LOADED with whole fiber variety for a healthy you and your microbiome!

Made with predominately whole FRUITS and VEGGIES with a small amount of psyllium husk powder (the husk of a seed, not a grain) and a little chia or flax, these wraps are fun and delicious.


These wraps are GRAIN free, GLUTEN free and OIL free.


NOTE * These wraps are also HIGH carb and LOW fat - I use dates, sweet onions, raw sweet potato, and a wide range of other fruits, greens and vegetables to make these wraps. Each full wrapper has only 1-2 tbsp of fats in them (mainly coming from chia or flax with a few random recipes that also have a little added tahini or hemp) - Each wrap also contains psyllium for binding, softness and pliability. Psyllium also feeds many strains of good bacteria in our guts (like roseburia) that produce a very healthy short chain fatty acid called butyrate.


The base wrappers themselves can range anywhere from about 300-500 or so calories for one whole 14x14 wrap (this is a very rough estimate depending on the recipe you use), and will be more calories based on what you fill them with and any sauce you use on top of that.


This ebook is NOT just the wraps either! Each wrap recipe comes with matching filling recipes, topping options, spreads and/or sauces! You can make each recipe as it is or mix and match! You can also fill the wraps with whatever you like as well.


*Dehydrator required to make these - ovens will not work!!!! **


** Also - Special silicone trays with lipped edges are highly suggested but not required and can be found on Amazon, links available in the ebook (we have other links inside the ebook for more things you might need like deli paper, offset spatula etc, but these are non-essential items). Alternately, you can use a plain Teflex. or silicone sheet if you have those, as long as you evenly spread them across the tray about 1/4 inch thick throughout.

You will also need a blender.
