3 Minute Practice
Close your eyes for a moment. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Take a breath, just as you are. In whatever you’re wearing. However your day has been.
This is your body. Not as it was at 25. Not as it ‘should’ be according to anyone else. But as it is, right now, breathing, alive, holding you.
Feel the warmth of your own hands. This is where we start. Not with fixing. With feeling.
For the next three minutes, you don’t have to be anywhere else. You don’t have to perform. You get to simply… arrive.
Let’s wake her up.
