Booty by Brooke B is a 6 week long guide meant to either help start or continue your fitness journey. The workouts can be done both at the gym and at home and take about 45 minutes each! I structured this guide off of what I have discovered to be the most effective throughout my training, so you can skip the confusion and experimentation and get straight to an effective program. It will make you feel confident in your workouts and allow you to go into the gym with a plan. I designed this guide to be fitted for both beginner and intermediate levels, so there will be a lot of instruction and information to provide a helping hand through this journey. 🖤
