The Morning Journal
This journaling meditation was something I wanted to create to help people handle their overwhelm in the morning and to explore their feelings in a safe way.
Taking time to ask yourself simple questions and then slowly answering them can support your nervous system and help you to feel calm and rested, which clears the mind and settles the heart.
