Hello, and welcome to your one on one coaching session. Before we begin here are a few reminders and housekeeping items to consider.

1. I am a Associate Certified Coach credentialed thru the Interational Coach Federation and thereby bound by a Code of Ethics.
2. You must sign the coaching agreement before we begin coaching.
3. We will make every attempt to meet at our scheduled time. If you need to be a little late - no worries. We can make modifications if needed. If you are going to miss your session I do require a 24 hour advance notice.
