Created to inspire peace, resilience, and trust in life's journey, this painting reflects the protective bond between mother and child. The Great White Egret has been a lifelong symbol of guidance for me. I first photographed this egret during a field trip to the Alligator Farm when my son was in first grade, never knowing how important that moment would become.
Years later, during a time of great transition and healing, egrets began appearing repeatedly in my life. I came to recognize them as one of my spirit animals, offering clarity, strength, and reassurance. This painting honors that presence, reminding us that we are guided, protected, and supported through every chapter of our journey.
