Hi, I am Ligia,


and my work centres around understanding the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and show up, both in life and in the workplace.


For over a decade, I ran my own business, navigating the realities of wearing multiple hats, managing competing priorities, and making decisions without the support of a wider team. That experience required me to become deeply intentional with how I used my time, energy, and focus.


Not from a place of pressure, but from necessity.


Because when everything depends on you, avoidance, distraction, and overworking quickly reveal their cost.


Since 2024, I have been working within a corporate environment as a Contract Administrator, supporting operational processes, communication, and coordination across teams.


This has given me a grounded understanding of the challenges that exist within structured workplaces, where demands are constant, priorities shift, and “being busy” is often seen as the norm.


Across both environments, one thing has remained consistent:

The way we work is not just about tasks.

It is shaped by our mindset, our behaviours, and the patterns we may not always be aware of.


Alongside my professional experience, I specialise in self-awareness, behavioural patterns, and personal development. My work focuses on helping individuals recognise the deeper drivers behind procrastination, avoidance, and perfectionism, so they can move from reactive ways of working into more intentional, effective action.


My approach is not about pushing for more productivity.


It is about creating awareness first because when we understand what is driving our behaviour, we create the space to change it.
