The Healing Home: A complete guide to everything your home is doing to you, and what to do about it.
Your home is your first environment.
Before the world finds you, before the school run and the messages and the news of what is happening out there, there is the room you wake in. The light through the curtains. The smell of the kitchen. The textures under your feet. The sounds that fill the air around your children.
All of it is doing something to you whether you are aware of it or not.
The temperature. The light wavelength. The electromagnetic field. The visual clutter or order in your field of vision. The chemicals off-gassing from your sofa. The water you drink and bathe in. The energy of the rooms you move through. The way the furniture holds you or refuses to.
This is not woo woo. This is biology. Your nervous system is responding to every input around you in this moment.
The Healing Home is the guide I wish someone had handed me fifteen years ago when I first began this work. It is the synthesis of everything I have learned across classical Feng Shui, clinical psychology, conscious motherhood, low tox living, circadian biology, human design and the slow daily practice of tending a home that tends you back.
It is for the woman who is ready to stop chasing the next product or protocol and instead come home to the deeper work of building an environment her body can actually rest in.
What is inside.
100 pages. 13 chapters. 3 parts.
The guide moves through three layers of the home, from the most universally accessible to the most subtly energetic.
PART ONE — THE TENDED HOME
The daily practice. The heart of the guide. This is the section most likely to change your life immediately.
• The Great Clearing — the one-time reset that begins everything. Two paths offered. You choose the one your life can hold.
• How a Home Actually Stays Clean — the cornerstone, the daily five, the one-touch rule, the weekly rhythm, the monthly focus. And the deeper truth.
• Making Tending Automatic — habit stacking applied to the home so the system runs itself.
PART TWO — THE PHYSICAL HOME
What is actually in your space, and what it is doing to your body.
• Low Tox Living — the cleaning cupboard, the kitchen, the personal care shelf, the laundry. Including the truth about fluoride toothpaste and the brands that actually work.
• Water — what is in your tap, the affordable basics (under £100), how to find a natural spring near you, the honest case against reverse osmosis, hydrogen water options, structured water, and what I personally add to my own water every day.
• EMF — The Invisible Load — the changes anyone can make tonight for free, the technology I actually use, and why most EMF advice is unrealistic for normal households.
• Light — the most ancient nutrient. How to align your home with sunrise and sunset and protect your circadian biology.
• Air — what your plants can and cannot do. Ventilation. Mould without the fear.
• Sound, Scent and Atmosphere — the sensory layer. Why I do not use essential oil diffusers daily, and what I use instead.
PART THREE — THE ENERGETIC HOME
The invisible structure. For the reader who wants to go deeper.
• Your Human Design Environment — the kind of space your body and energetic system actually need. With the practical question every reader can answer in five minutes.
• Classical Feng Shui — the five thousand year old practice, taught the way I trained at Gold Level with the International Feng Shui Guild thirteen years ago. With my own honest disclaimer about what to take and what to leave.
• Furniture Placement for Flow — the bedroom, the kitchen, the living room. Where things actually want to be.
• Colour — the wavelengths you live inside, and what to paint where.

Who this guide is for.
The woman who has already been doing this work in pieces and wants the whole picture.
The woman who is preparing to conceive, pregnant, or holding small children, and who has begun to feel the responsibility of the environment she is building them inside.
The woman who has tried to follow the wellness internet and feels overwhelmed, alienated, or financially squeezed by the constant flow of new products to buy.
The woman who has read enough generic listicles and is ready for something with depth, lineage, and honesty.
The woman who senses that her home is not a backdrop to her life but an active participant in her health, her family’s regulation, and her own becoming.
Who this guide is not for.
The woman looking for a five-step checklist.
The woman who wants someone to tell her what to buy without understanding why.
The woman who is not ready to spend a few hours actually reading and a few months actually applying.
This is not a quick-fix guide. It is a complete reorientation to how home works. It will reward your time.
Why I wrote this.
I trained in classical Feng Shui with the International Feng Shui Guild thirteen years ago, qualifying as a Gold Level practitioner, after my degree in clinical psychology. I wanted to have a real, embodied, energetic impact on someone’s life. Not just sit across from them in a chair while they spoke about the past. I wanted to walk into the place where their nervous system actually lived and change something about the space holding them.
In the fifteen years since, I have built three home births in this body, raised three children inside the rooms I have tended, prepared the environment for a fourth, and lived in a Sussex forest in a home built partly from the sandstone of the cliff face it sits beside.
I have spent those years studying water, light, EMF, fascia, German New Medicine, plant medicine, freebirth, conscious conception, circadian biology, and the slow daily practice of homemaking that holds everything else.
The Healing Home is the synthesis. It is what I would have given myself at the beginning.
The Promise.
You will finish this guide with:
A clear understanding of how your home is acting on your body and nervous system in this moment.
A simple, realistic daily practice for tending it.
A working knowledge of low tox swaps that matter (and the ones that do not).
Confidence in choosing water filtration, lighting, EMF mitigation, and bedroom setup at a level that genuinely supports your biology.
The basic literacy of classical Feng Shui and Human Design environments, applied to the home you already live in.
A felt sense of why all of this is in service of one thing — a home a body can actually rest in.
Investment.
£33.
A one-time purchase. Lifetime access to the PDF.
Less than a Brita filter. Less than a single restaurant dinner. Less than a candle from a wellness brand.
Worth, by my measure, the cumulative cost of years of trial and error you will not need to make.
A final word.
There is a quality your home either has or does not, and it cannot be bought with money or designed by an architect. It is comfort. The deeper kind. The comfort of a home you can be a body inside. Where you can sit on the floor if you want to. Where you can put your feet up. Where you can leave a book open on a chair. Where you can cry without ruining anything. Where you can be tired in the middle of the day without performing.
This guide is for building that kind of home. Slowly. Honestly. In your own season.
The home you tend will tend you back.
Return to your nature. Your home is part of how you do that.
