WHAT YOU RECEIVE (instant download, 1 ZIP file)

• 5 designs x 2 formats: SVG + DXF (10 cut files)
• README with sizes, units and cutting notes
• Files are sized 609.6 x 609.6 mm (24 x 24 in). DXF units are millimetres - please confirm the imported size in your software.

CUT FILE NOTES

• Black = metal kept, white = cut away. Closed vector contours.
• As supplied, each design cuts as one connected piece (no floating parts).
• Checked for CNC plasma with a 1 mm nozzle (~1.5 mm kerf): minimum metal width 3 mm and minimum cut opening 3 mm (openings at least 20 mm2 with an inscribed diameter of at least 4 mm) at the supplied 24" size.
• Intended as a starting point for approx. 2 mm sheet steel on plasma, laser or CNC.
• No kerf compensation, lead-ins or toolpaths are included - set these in your own CAM software. Scaling down makes bridges and small details thinner.

THE BLANK BAR - ADDING YOUR ADDRESS

The bar at the bottom of each sign is intentionally left blank; no names or numbers are included. Add your own text in your CAD software. Use a stencil-style font (or bridge your letters) so the centres of letters like O, A, D, P and R stay attached, keep the text inside the bar with a margin, and re-check the design for loose islands before cutting.
