All the recipes in this book have beautifully photographed pictures to help you decide which soup you would like to make.

One thing I noticed in the raw food community is that not many people talk about warming foods in this lifestyle.  



This is one reason why I named this book WARM RAW VEGAN SOUPS, letting people know that they can have warm soups and other warm foods in this lifestyle. 



I was talking to a lady on the phone about my internet bill (which I canceled because I never watch it anymore) and while on the phone with her she asked me why I was canceling and I told her that it's because I create books about raw foods and she said that she could never do that because she did not want to eat cold or room temperature all the time.  



I told her that if she went raw she could warm things up to 118 degrees and it would still be raw.  



She was so surprised to hear that she could actually warm foods.



When I was talking to her it was cold outside and I was eating one of my warm raw soups, so this is when I decided to do this book. 



Remember friends you can warm all of these soups but you can also have them at room temperature or cold but for me, I love my soups warm.



I really enjoy soups not just in the winter but also in the summer because I just really enjoy them and they are so full of nutrients.  



I like to have mine with a side salad to make sure I am getting all of my calories but sometimes I do have them alone just for my pleasure and not to get in my amount of calories for the day.
