🚚 Shipping & Policies

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Day of order = Day 0)

• Shipping time begins after your order has been completed

• Once orders are shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays/damage

📦 Local Pickup

• Pickup available 7 days a week, 8am–5pm

• After-hours pickup must be arranged in advance

🎨 Custom Orders

• Custom designs must be discussed and approved before purchase

• Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final

• All sales are final unless there is an error on my end

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery
