Training the foot/ankle/calf is extremely important. The role of the lower limb structure is primarily to absorb and produce force on every single foot contact with the ground. It is vital that the first contact with the floor is strong and able to withstand high forces while transferring the force, or energy, through the tendons, ligaments and muscles efficiently.

This programme has been designed so you can perform it with relative ease at home. You DO NOT need access to a gym for this programme.

For best results, please complete this programme 2-3 times a week.  Where possible, please perform exercises WITHOUT shoes on.
