Level 3 - Power

This is a 12-Week Progressive Strength & Power Program that can be performed with The Home Golf Fitness Packagemini-bands, dumbbells, bench, barbell, bumper plates, kettlebells, and a yoga mat.

(Optional: Plyo Boxes, TRX, Cable Cross Machine, and Back Extension Machine)

  • 50-75 minute workouts
  • Gym or Home Gym
  • Videos & Descriptions of all exercises
  • Three Progressive 4-Week Phases of Workouts (4 day a week)
