ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Dr. Derrick and Stacy Mueller share a compelling story of remarriage, blending their families as life unfolded over the years. As a single mother, Stacy raised four sons on her own. She returned to school, immersed herself in rigorous training for a new career, and graduated as a Registered Practical Nurse. She has since worked as both a nurse in palliative care and as a college educator.

Derrick holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and counselling, a master’s in administration, and a doctorate in leadership and family studies. He has pastored, taught, and served as a college president. He is a speaker, writer, trainer, and motivational speaker.
