Hi, I'm Trudy.
For years, I thought my job was to keep everyone else happy.
I worried about what people thought of me.
I tried to fix things.
I tried to rescue people.
I carried problems that weren't mine.
I took things personally.
I overthought everything.
And honestly?
It was exhausting.
What I didn't realise at the time was that I was spending so much energy focusing on everyone else that I'd lost connection with myself.
Everything started to change when I stopped looking outside myself for answers and started listening to myself instead.
Not fear.
Not anxiety.
Not what everyone else thought I should do.
Me.
Safe Inside Me isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming home to yourself.
It's about learning how to stop carrying things that were never yours to carry.
It's about creating healthy boundaries without guilt.
It's about letting other people be responsible for their own lives while you take responsibility for yours.
It's about trusting yourself again.
Inside this programme, I share the lessons, tools, insights, and real-life experiences that helped me stop living from anxiety, overthinking, and people-pleasing and start living from a place of self-trust, freedom, and inner safety.
I won't teach you how to control life.
Because you can't.
What I will help you discover is how much lighter life feels when you stop trying to.
Today, I laugh more.
I take less personally.
I enjoy the simple things.
A cup of tea.
Growing strawberries.
Walking the dogs.
A conversation with someone I love.
My life isn't perfect.
But it feels peaceful.
And that peace didn't come from changing everyone around me.
It came from changing my relationship with myself.
