Find out what your Etsy shop actually makes after every fee, VAT on fees and ad, without retyping your numbers.

Download your monthly statement from Etsy (Shop Manager › Finances › Monthly statements › CSV), paste it into the tracker, and the dashboard sorts out the rest.

What it does

• Reads Etsy's statement as downloaded: amounts like -£0.17, €1,200.00, (0.16) or "--", dates in either order, extra or reordered columns
• Sorts every row: sales, transaction fees, processing fees, listing fees, regulatory operating fee, VAT on fees, Etsy Ads, Offsite Ads, postage labels, refunds and fee credits
• Separates out the sales tax / VAT that Etsy collects from buyers, so it isn't counted as your income
• VAT on Etsy's fees: counted as a cost if you're not VAT-registered, shown separately if you are
• 12-month dashboard starting 6 April (UK tax year) or 1 January, with a chart
• Expenses log for materials, packaging, postage, software and fairs
• Price calculator: fees on one order, profit, margin, break-even price and the price for a target margin
• Checks box that flags a month pasted twice, rows it can't classify, and unreadable dates or amounts. It doesn't guess.

Tested on real statements: the import was tested on publicly available real statements (US, EU, UK), 2024 to 2026 formats, including a 1,136-row UK statement where the tracker's profit matched the statement to the penny. Your statement may contain a row type I haven't seen yet: it will be flagged as not recognised, and if you message me I'll fix it.

Fee rates included (editable): United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, from Etsy's published fee policies, checked October 2026. If Etsy changes a fee, you change one cell.

Works with Microsoft Excel (desktop, 365, online). Built for Google Sheets too: it uses only functions Google Sheets has (upload to Drive, open with Google Sheets, set the locale to United Kingdom). Room for 3,000 statement rows.
