The follower leader

,ut Jesus called them to Himself and said  you know that the rulers of the gentiles Lord it over them and those who are great exercise authority over them.yet it shall not be so among you.....

Leaders are not to oppress, suppress or overpower others with their authority,  they should serve others with their gifts and skills.
The follower leader serves Jesus Christ and finds it easier to submit to any other authority.
