My 2 Extensions:

XTransfer – transfers effects from one clip to other clips automatically, so you don't have to do it manually. It automatically extends the keyframes to fit the target layer, the graph also gets corrected too.

XFlow – a simple workflow enhancer. One click creates layers instead of doing it manually every time or memorizing advanced keyboard combinations.
