Seize grabs hold immediately and doesn't let go. Three times it steps back. Each time the step back is shorter. After the third there's nothing left but the finish.

Steady runs at one pace from start to finish. The speed never changes. Everything else does, texture, zone, pattern accumulating across thirty-three minutes until the pressure is overwhelming without ever having accelerated.

Reprieve gives you five seconds on and five seconds off. Then six seconds on. Then seven. The stop that felt like genuine relief at minute two is the same five seconds at minute sixty, but by then you've been running for over a minute straight and it barely registers.

ChaosSpike approaches the ceiling six times. Each approach gets closer and holds longer before retreating. The sixth time it doesn't retreat.

Break works the upper zone relentlessly... top half, top three-quarter, two inches from the ceiling....with brief mid-zone drops that feel like relief but aren't long enough to function as any. The breaks get shorter as the script progresses until they disappear entirely.

Hold runs bimodal at a locked pace for sixty minutes. Two zones, nothing between them, flat speed throughout. The pattern evolves. The pace doesn't.
