"“Thank God I found DOA Consult. For years, I kept sending out resumes without getting responses or interview calls, and I honestly didn’t know what I was doing wrong. After just a 2-hour session, I started seeing a noticeable difference. My LinkedIn began getting more attention, recruiters started reaching out, and I began receiving interview opportunities. The difference was incredible.”"
“I knew I had the experience, but I was struggling to understand why my applications weren’t getting responses in Canada. My session with DOA Consult helped me see that the problem wasn’t necessarily my experience—it was how I was presenting it. We worked on my resume and career positioning, and for the first time, I felt like my resume actually represented what I could offer. I became much more confident and intentional about the jobs I applied for.”
“When I came to Canada, I struggled to break into the engineering field despite having the qualifications and experience. I was applying for jobs but wasn’t getting the results I expected. After my sessions with DOA Consult, I had a much clearer understanding of how to position my experience, target the right opportunities and approach my job search more strategically. Shortly after our sessions, I landed my first engineering job in Canada. DOA Consult helped me turn my experience into a strategy that worked.”

My name is Olakunle Deji Akinseye when I came to Canada in 2026, I had 10 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. But I was told that finding a professional fashion career here would be extremely difficult — that I might have to forget my previous career and take whatever job I could find.
For a while, I believed it. I struggled. But through research, continuous learning, and repeatedly refining my approach, I started understanding the market differently.
I realized that having experience was not enough. I needed to understand how to position that experience. As my approach changed, my results changed. Applications began producing responses. Responses became conversations. Conversations became interviews.
"Your experience may have value — but you still need to communicate that value in a way the market understands."
The Canada Career Launch Blueprint was created from the lessons I learned through that journey.
