Ground Cloth

Ground Cloth is a one-of-a-kind hand-dyed, cyanotyped, and block-printed textile from the Path Dreaming for Captured Bodies / Continued Contact series.

Each cotton bandana was dyed by hand, printed with botanical cyanotypes, and layered with patterns from hand-carved wooden blocks. The resulting cloth holds multiple moments of making together on one surface.

Use it beneath an altar or writing practice, lay out tarot cards, wrap meaningful objects, gather found materials, cover a small table, hang it on a wall, or simply notice how the light moves across it. These are cloths for whatever practice keeps you in relationship with the world.
