The Become Her Hair Day Focus Room is a live virtual body-doubling and accountability session designed to help you finally tackle hair day with company.

Whether you're taking down an old protective style, detangling, washing and prepping, parting, twisting, or braiding your own hair, bring your products, tools, snacks, and whatever else you need.

You do your hair. I do mine. We keep each other going.

Come for the whole room or drop in for the portion you need. We'll use focused work periods, breaks, conversation, encouragement, and accountability to make a long hair day feel a little less long.

Your session includes:

• Live virtual Focus Room access
• Quick opening check-in + hair goal for the day
• Body-doubling/focused hair sprints
• Scheduled stretch, snack, and hand-rest breaks
• Conversation and encouragement while we work
• Closing progress check—or stay until you're finished!
