Welder Qualification Register

A three-sheet workbook for managing welder qualification status across the full team — built to the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 3834-2 Clause 7 and ISO 9606-1.

Sheet one is the master register tracking each welder's qualification standard, approved processes, material groups, thickness ranges, positions, WPS references, qualification and expiry dates, and current status — with automatic colour coding for CURRENT (green), DUE (amber), EXPIRED (red), and HOLD (orange). Sheet two is a WPS matrix showing which welders are qualified to which WPS, with expiry dates automatically colour-coded by today's date. Sheet three contains instructions covering continuity requirements, expiry and renewal rules, and status codes.
