A quick way to score the WMS-IV (Wechsler Memory Scale - Fourth Edition). All you have to do is enter in the Age, raw scores, and parameters (significance level, Specific age group vs. all ages, etc.) and the easy to use excel form will automatically fill in the Scaled scores, Index scores, comparisons, strengths/weaknesses, base rates and create two graphs describing the test results. Included is one spreadsheet with three tabs (one for raw scores and analysis, one for Ability-memory analysis and one for graphs). This autoscoring template uses American norms only. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the WMS-IV.
