COMMERCIAL CHARACTER LICENSE

Want to use your adoptable character for your business, books, merchandise, or other for-profit projects?

This license gives you permission to use your purchased character and artwork featuring that character for commercial, for-profit purposes.

This is a one-time commercial use license for your purchased character.

✨ WHAT THIS LICENSE ALLOWS

Once your Commercial Character License has been purchased, you may use your character and artwork featuring them in commercial projects, including but not limited to:

• Books & published works
• Book covers & interior book art
• Stickers & bookmarks
• Merchandise
• Marketing & promotional materials (including prints)
• Logos & branding
• Social media business content
• Games & comics
• Other for-profit creative projects

You may sell products or services featuring the character and may profit from the artwork.

⚠️ WHAT THIS LICENSE DOES NOT DO

This license grants commercial usage rights only.

It does NOT transfer copyright, intellectual property rights, or ownership of the original artwork to you.

The artist retains all rights to the original artwork.

The character’s original adoptable Terms & Conditions still apply after purchasing this license. The Commercial Character License does not override restrictions regarding AI use, transferring ownership, altering the original PNG/design, or other prohibited uses.

AI USE IS STILL STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Purchasing a Commercial Character License does not grant permission to use the character or artwork with AI or generative AI systems.

A Commercial Character License must be purchased before using the character for commercial purposes.

If you purchase an adoptable without this license, your use of that character remains personal/non-commercial only unless and until a Commercial Character License is purchased.

By purchasing this license, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the applicable Adoptable Character Terms & Conditions and the terms of this Commercial Character License.
