Train for Life is more than a workout program — it’s a personalized approach to fitness that fits your real life. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, or simply stay consistent, you’ll receive customized programming tailored to your goals, equipment, and schedule.
Each client begins with a virtual fitness assessment and goal-setting session so your plan is built just for you. You’ll also complete a fitness waiver and (if needed) a brief “Getting to Know You” form before we begin. From there, I’ll create your individualized program and walk with you through each phase — with the level of accountability and coaching support you choose.
This experience is designed to help you move with purpose, build strength that lasts, and develop habits you can sustain for life.
Once your fitness assessment and forms are complete, you’ll receive your customized program within 3 business days.
No — your program will be designed around what you already have. Whether that’s just your body weight, a few dumbbells, or full gym access, I’ll make sure the workouts fit your space and setup.
Absolutely! Each plan is personalized to your fitness level and goals. I’ll guide you through safe movement progressions and modifications so you can build strength and confidence at your own pace.

Depending on your tier, you’ll complete a short weekly form or chat message to share your progress and feedback. This helps me adjust your program and keep you motivated and accountable.
No problem! You’ll still complete the fitness waiver and schedule your virtual fitness assessment before your program is delivered.
You’ll receive clear communication instructions in your welcome email. Most clients connect with me through email, text, or a private check-in form — whichever works best for your tier and preference.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments — just month-to-month progress. Once you cancel, your next billing cycle will not renew, and you’ll continue to have access to your current program until the end of your paid month. I encourage clients to complete their current phase before canceling so we can celebrate your progress and discuss next steps together.
