[TOS/RULES Give Credit where Credit is Due. Once the Character is yours, you change gender, species, etc. Make alterations to the Design. Add things, remove things, but always credit for the original design. May giveaway(EXCEPT MY BASES!!!!!), Trade art for art IF MY BASE but can trade the adopt, or Sell. 1. If there's any Deadline, please inform me if so, and if you want to be on top of our list, you must pay the PRIORITY FEE ($ 30 USD). If we're unaware of this being a rush order, you are REQUIRED to pay an inconvenient rush order fee of ($ 15 USD)
2. Furry Orders with Mixed Species must indicate which part of the body is of what type of species.
3. Our Refund System works as follows: If your order is in the sketch phase, you get a 75% refund back. If your order is in the line art phase, you get a 50% refund back. If we have started coloring, you do not get a refund.
4. If we get to the COLORING PHASE and you cancel your order, we will edit stuff around (facial features, etc. ), recolor it, and sell it as merchandise.
5. We retain ALL of the rights to our work, including commercial rights. If our work is used in any way that isn't personal/non-commercial, you will be violating our copyright. If you would like to purchase commercial rights to our work, you must pay the commercial rights fee ($50). Any and all work that we state is free to use for commercial purposes does not need to be paid the fee for.
6. Rules about changes: Changes can be made WHILE THE WORK IS STILL IN SKETCH PHASE. If you want any changes to the design after the sketch phase, you will have to pay extra depending on the complexity of the change. If we get to the coloring phase and you want ANY changes that don't apply to the colors (line art/pose change, etc), you will HAVE to pay full price for the commission again. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE OR SELL. You are welcomed to change my templates as you please, but cannot claim them as your own. Give credit where it's due.
7. If you buy an adopt, please give credit for my work. Do NOT sell for more than what it was bought for unless you have added extra art. IF it is something free. YOU CANNOT sell it for anything but FREE.
8. Please be patient with me if you commission me; I am not that fast due to college and my son, so the turnover rate will take some time. Patients is GREATLY appreciated ♥
9. IF buying a custom on IMVU, prices will vary. 30$+ depending on complexity.
