Retreat Yourself: Oceanside Yoga at Home was created to bring the feeling of practicing yoga by the ocean into your everyday life — no plane ticket required.
Whether you practice a single class when you need a reset or move through all six as your own mini retreat experience, this series gives you space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Suzy.
I’m a yoga and barre teacher based in Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, where I teach beachside yoga each week overlooking the ocean.
My approach to teaching is grounded, accessible, and empowering. I believe yoga should help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — both on and off the mat.
Creating this series was my way of sharing a little bit of the magic of practicing by the ocean with you.
